By accessing this website, accessible from www.genesislocalmarketing.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. Guarantee
Genesis Local Marketing guarantees that your business will receive placement and be seen on the local map section of Google’s search engine results(targeted for the top 3 listings), your business will be placed on 70+ directories, and, if applicable, your website will be built, published, and marketed to generate leads as well. If after ninety days your business is not seen in the top 3 for two account keywords in your local area, upon request, Genesis Local Marketing will suspend your billing (for up to six months) until results have improved.

11. Billing Policy
Billing will occur monthly on the same date the account is signed up. (For example, if an account is signed up on the 5th of January, billing would occur again on February 5th, and so on). The charge will read as ‘GLM’ or ‘Genesis Local Marketing’’ on the billing statement. Genesis Local Marketing does not lock clients into a contract and subscription services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Clients have access to a pausing feature in special circumstances. Such circumstances must be discussed with an account manager prior to approval. For 3-month, 6-month, and Annual plans, total amount is due at time of account sign up.

12. Cancellation Policy
If at any time you wish to discontinue your service please call our support team line (Monday-Friday; 8am - 4pm PST) at 844-973-3760 at least two business days prior to the next billing cycle in order to prevent billing and continuing service for the next month. Billing is not prorated for cancellations. At Genesis Local Marketing’s discretion, an account may be terminated at any time.

13. Refund Policy
Work begins immediately on your online marketing campaign, beginning with a software scan of your existing online presence and evaluation. As a result, initial payments are non-refundable (except where state law may apply). Genesis Local Marketing incurs costs for online marketing and SEO activities, and therefore does not refund for marketing services. In cases where appropriate, Genesis Local Marketing will extend a service credit to clients to provide compensation and resolution to issues encountered.

14. Correspondence Policy
Our office places calls to business owners in order to effectively communicate with them to render online marketing and placement services. Genesis Local Marketing is in compliance with the FCC, FTC, TSR, as well as Federal and State-specific recording and calling laws, requirements, provisions, exemptions, and DNC lists. Our company keeps record of all calls placed, outbound or inbound. If at any time you do not wish to continue to receive correspondence via phone or email, let a representative know and you will be promptly placed on our internal DNC list.
